Non-Ad Valorem Assesments (FIRETAX)

Non-Ad Valorem assesments are assesed by then Sumter County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) for FIRE Protection Service. The Rates of the fire assesments are determined by the BCC and certified to the Tax Collector. For more information regarding the fire assessment, please call (352)793-0200.
